Orange Beach Alabama is home to some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. This is nothing new right? Well, people are definitely buying real estate again. In 2011 the Gulf Shores / Orange Beach, AL area saw one half or approximately 600 condos sell to investors primarily. We are in an interesting spot regarding Orange Beach Real Estate. We are in transition again; going from a buyer's market to a seller's market. Do not worry if you're on the fence and have not bought that piece of real estate in Orange Beach you've been wanting, the transition is slow. The prices are going up slowly at the moment, but the sooner you can get involved the better. I personally think 2012 will represent the end of our real estate stall. Our personal real estate market differs from the majority of the U.S. in that we are a niche market and that really is a factor due to fundamental differences with our market. The rental income produced by Orange Beach condos has increased each year and continues to set records and is expected to continue to grow. I can remember when we were developing condos on the beaches in Orange Beach and Gulf Shores and hearing the words "over building" colliding in the same sentence repeatedly. We are in a great spot and the pre construction era will happen again at some point. Until then, the best thing to do from an investment standpoint is to get involved now while the prices are low.
